Plasma Fibroblast Advanced Service

Full Face Skin Tightening

Refresh lax or creased skin across the whole face without surgery. Plasma Fibroblast uses a precise, heat-based plasma arc to contract the skin surface and stimulate new collagen and elastin, softening fine lines and improving firmness over the following weeks.

Good for

  • Overall skin laxity on the face (cheeks, jawline, forehead)

  • Fine lines and creases (crow’s feet, smile lines, “11s”)

  • Crepey skin, Scars, Freckles, Imperfections and texture irregularities

How it works

A handheld device creates micro-points of plasma on the skin surface. These tiny controlled dots contract the epidermis immediately and trigger deeper fibroblast activity, prompting a natural healing response that remodels collagen over several weeks.

What to expect on the day

  1. Consultation & mapping – we confirm suitability, discuss goals, and map the full-face treatment.

  2. Optional: Topical numbing – a local anaesthetic cream is applied for comfort.

  3. Treatment – the plasma pen is worked methodically across the face; you’ll see a grid of tiny dots.

  4. Finish & aftercare – soothing product applied and full aftercare provided.

Results timeline: initial skin tightening is visible straight away; best results develop over 6–12 weeks as new collagen forms.
Sessions: many clients are happy after 1 session; some benefit from 1–3 sessions, spaced 8–12 weeks apart.

Downtime & aftercare

  • Expect redness and small carbon crusts (the tiny dots) for 5–7 days—do not pick.

  • Sleep slightly elevated for the first 1–2 nights to reduce swelling.

  • Keep the area clean and dry for 24 hours; then follow our aftercare balm guidance.

  • Avoid sun exposure, saunas, swimming, and high-intensity exercise for 72 hours.

  • Use SPF 50 daily and avoid active acids/retinoids until fully healed.

  • Makeup can usually resume after 48–72 hours, if skin allows (mineral preferred).

Safety & suitability

Plasma Fibroblast is not suitable if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, have active skin infections, a history of keloid scarring, recent isotretinoin use (within 6 months), or uncontrolled medical conditions that impair healing. Darker skin tones can be at higher risk of post-inflammatory pigmentation—we assess every client and may recommend alternatives if it’s not the safest option for you.

Full-face area & options

  • Full Face (large-area treatment)

  • Add-ons: Neck or specific zones (priced as additional areas)
We’ll confirm the most suitable plan during consultation.
